Dear Friends of City Dharma, On Saturday, 22nd March , 2014, we’ll return to Church of the Redeemer. Please join us for a day of zazen, walking meditation, silent meals, service, personal interview and conversation at day’s end. Zazen is the heart of our practice. We sit “in” our zafus with an open awareness to everything that is arising. We are not transcending our lives, however, settling right in the middle of the muck. Everything is in the mix. Nothing is missing, nothing is excluded. Each of us can be here as we are. Trust is an important aspect of practice. Not trusting that everything is going to be okay, but that we have the strength, confidence to be right in the thick of it all. Please consider joining us.
